H3C Releases MSR 20-1X Series Multi-service Router for Edge Access

China, 13 December 2007 — H3C, one of the leading IP technology and solution providers, today announced the release of MSR 20-1X series access router developed for the small and medium enterprise applications. With its advanced hardware architecture and multi-service integration capability, the router offers an easy and secure solution to access to Internet.

H3c’s Multi-Service Router (MSR) is part of its new generation series of network products. Based on Open Application Architecture (OAA), it integrates an array of service functions, including routing, switching, security, voice, wireless etc, to realize rich and flexible applications for networking.

The MSR 20-1X series released this time includes MSR 20-10, MSR 20-11, MSR 20-12 and MSR 20-15. Integrating such applications as data security, voice/video communication, tailor-made services, LAN switching, wired & wireless convergence, it provides a one-stop solution to the enterprise edge network within the smallest investment scope, fully addressing the needs of SMEs, enterprise branches, small-scale financial networks and home-office users.

MSR 20-1X series of multi-service routers adopts the combination of fixed broadband interface and modular interface, ensuring future service expansion.
